This senior editorial role will put you at the sharp end of Sky News journalism across Sky’s web and app.

As a Chief Sub Editor for Sky News website and app, you will have the power to influence the day’s news agenda and lead among our rivals.

You must be a dynamic journalist, with a flair for headline writing, the ability to spot a top line, and a critical eye.

You’ll use your skills to break stories, sub and edit stories from straight newsleads to gripping features and investigations. You will also have the ability and ambition to step up and news edit the Sky News website and app.

This is a shift-based role with an average 9-day fortnight.
