As CTO, you will own the entire technology vision and execution—shipping reliable product/platform capabilities, building an elite engineering org, and turning SwiftNine into a tech-first machine that scales fast, securely, and profitably.
This is not a keep the lights on CTO role. This is a builder + operator role: architect the future, deliver it with ruthless speed, and create a culture that attracts top talent.
What You'll Own (Outcomes)
Within your first 6–12 months, you will:
Build a scalable tech org (hiring, structure, career ladders, performance management).
Establish a product engineering engine that ships weekly with predictable quality.
Standardize architecture, security, DevOps, and reliability across all SwiftNine initiatives.
