Chief Technology Officer

We are hiring a hands-on CTO to lead technology for one of our customer. This isn't a role for a clipboard manager. We need a partner who can architect the vision today and write the code to prove it tomorrow.
The Mission: You will own the end-to-end technology function. You'll partner directly with the founders to translate business goals into a scalable technical roadmap, supporting us through fundraising and rapid customer growth.
What you'll actually do:
Build & Architect: Design cloud-native, API-driven platforms that balance speed with reliability.
Lead: Manage a lean, high-impact engineering team.
Establish Culture: Set the standard for DevOps, security, and engineering excellence from Day 1.
Strategize: Manage technical risk and ensure our stack scales with our ambition.
