Chief Technology Officer

Role Overview

The CTO is responsible for defining and executing the company's technology vision in direct partnership with executive leadership and division leaders. This role exists to ensure every strategic initiative has the technical infrastructure, integrations, automation, and system architecture necessary to succeed.

The CTO will not operate in isolation. Instead, they will work alongside team leaders to support, enable, and accelerate their initiatives through smart systems design, integration, and automation. While administrative resources will assist in execution, documentation, and coordination, the CTO is expected to be technically capable, hands-on when necessary, and able to train and direct team members toward strong technical outcomes.
