                    15+ years in banking/financial services technology with at least 7 years in a Group or Regional leadership role within Southern African market 
Proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation programs (>USD 50M budget). 
Deep expertise in: 
Core Banking Platforms (Azentio, Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube) 
Financial Messaging & APIs (ISO 20022, SWIFT) 
Cybersecurity Frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, FFIEC) 
Cloud computing 
AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning) 
Blockchain 
Open Banking APIs 
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) 
Experience in multi-country banking operations (preferably in MENA or similar regions).
