Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on technology leader to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead that journey. This is not a corporate governance role, and it is not a pure product ownership role.

Product defines the vision and roadmap. The CTO defines how we deliver it, at scale, with resilience, repeatability and architectural clarity.

You may already hold a CTO title, or you may be a senior technology leader who has helped scale a technology-led business and is ready to step into a full C-level mandate.

We are particularly interested in leaders who have:

• Scaled a technology business from early revenue toward £30m+
• Operated within organisations of fewer than 50 people during a scale phase
• Built architecture capable of supporting repeatable deployment
• Deployed AI / distributed systems into real-world operational or industrial environments
• Experience operating across OT and IT domains
