This newly created role will provide technical leadership and operational planning expertise for the company's underground mining operations and projects. The Chief – Underground Mine Planning will be responsible for the development, optimization, and governance of short-, medium-, and long-term underground mine plans, ensuring alignment with safety, production, cost, and strategic objectives. Acting as the chief for underground mine planning, this role is critical to delivering executable mine plans that support robust project studies, and value maximization throughout the life of mine.
