Overview

CTN’s Child and Family Wellness Program supports kids and youth with disabilities and developmental needs, and their families, through wellness-focused clinical services, program development, and network-wide capacity building. CTN is an Ontario provincial government funded not-for-profit organization that offers services through contracted partners in education, health and community sectors. The network uses an electronic client record shared across partner organizations to support integrated plans of care and services. CTN is committed to equity, diversity, inclusion, Indigeneity and accessibility, and aims to reflect the communities it serves.
