Child and Youth Care Team Lead

Lead youth support initiatives with Taproot Community Support Services as a Team Leader. This role focuses on enhancing the daily operations within a culturally supportive home for youth.
As Team Lead, you will manage staff performance while creating an environment that is nurturing and culturally sensitive, catering specifically to First Nations, Metis, and Inuit youth. Your responsibilities will span from training new staff and developing individualized service plans to collaborating with external agencies and fostering communication between staff and youth.
