Summary *THIS ANNOUNCEMENT HAS RECRUITMENT INCENTIVES*Eligible selectees will receive the following recruitment incentives: $1000 Appointment - after completing 90 days of service $500 Training - completed training modules within 12 months $500 Referral - referring an employee who completes 90 days employment. *Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours/week (at the needs of the facility) to receive incentives. Responsibilities CHILD AND YOUTH PROGRAM ASSISTANT (ALL LEVELS): The incumbent will serve as a Child and Youth Program Assistant (CYPA) in one or more child and youth programs and will be accountable for the whereabouts and safety of children and youth.
