Childcare Principal

We are an established preschool brand in Singapore seeking a Centre Principal with strong interpersonal and communication skills to bring our school to new levels of success.

We are looking for an experienced preschool principal who is able to lead, manage and mentor our team of teachers to improve learning outcomes for our children. The candidate needs to be a hands‑on leader and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of the centre in accordance with the school's vision and core values
• Coach, mentor and supervise all staff
• Plan and monitor individual staff continuing professional development
• Handle parents' feedback
• Liaise with licensing authorities and all other external vendors
• Manage centre marketing and enrolment
• General administration work
