Children & Families Manager Role

Lead the Child and Family Services Department as the Children & Families Manager. Oversee staff, program development, and ensure alignment with community standards in a full-time role.
In this permanent full-time position, you will provide leadership and supervision to a diverse team, including Cultural Youth Workers and Family Support Workers. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, coordinating, and evaluating programs, while also advocating for individual and family needs within the community. Ensure adherence to policies and foster a collaborative and culturally sensitive environment.
