Job Description:
The role of the Operator is to perform skilled technical work in the operation of HVAC
Perform hands on daily, monthly, quarterly, annual scheduled preventive maintenance equipment and attend client complaints such as building, basic electrical air-conditioning and air compressor works.
Assist in supervision of sub- contractor.
Perform visual inspection on chillers/air compressors and ancillary equipment
Using various instruments (i.e thermometers, pressure gauges, multimeters etc.)
To record parameters such as Delta P, Delta T, bearing temperatures, oil pressure and motor amperage to determine condenser, evaporator and compressor condition and performance.
