Chinese Chef

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Dimsum Staff/Dimsum Chef/Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and steaming various dimsum dishes according to standardized recipes and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble dimsum items such as siomai, hakaw, siopao, and other traditional offerings.
• Steam or cook dimsum products according to standard procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper food safety practices in the preparation area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report needed supplies.
• Assist in receiving and properly storing deliveries.
• Follow kitchen protocols and safety standards at all times.
• Maintain proper portion control and food presentation.
• Support the kitchen team with other tasks as needed.
• At least High School Graduate or equivalent; TESDA certification is an advantage.
