Chinese Chef

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare daily meals (lunch and dinner, Monday through Saturday) primarily in boxed format for factory employees.
2. Independently prepare banquet-style dishes for guest receptions, ensuring high standards in both quality and taste.
3. Handle ingredient sourcing and purchasing, ensuring freshness, food safety, and cost control.
4. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including cookware and the general kitchen environment.
5.Adapt menus flexibly based on demand, ensuring variety and alignment with employee preferences.
6. Comply with food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring kitchen operations follow proper protocols.
**Qualifications**:
1.Proficient in preparing both daily Chinese meals and banquet dishes independently.
2. Valid driver's license with the ability to drive and manage ingredient purchases independently.
3. Prior experience in factory or group meal services is preferred.
