MISSIONS:
Prepare, dress, and present dishes in a skilled, independent, and responsible manner using the most appropriate techniques.
Assist in ordering and preserving raw materials and products used in the kitchen.
Prepare, cook, and present culinary products.
Assist in the set-up and take-down of the service.
Review and control kitchen materials and report any related issues.
Assist in menu planning.
Assist in cost and inventory management, as well as in purchasing.
Monitor and ensure the preservation and utilization of the products made available.
