Overview

Position Summary: Responsible for daily operation of Chinese school campus(es), ensuring safety and security of campus(es), supervising and providing supports to teachers and implementing school policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold high standards for teaching and learning; conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback/reports


• Lead the Chinese School program review and curriculum development in alignment with committee goals


• Plan and facilitate professional development, including teachers’ meetings and the Annual Teachers’ Meeting


• Oversee campus safety and security, including the implementation of emergency protocols and drills


• Manage campus resources, including physical facilities, equipment, supplies, and budget allocation
