Chinese-Speaking Project Coordinator (GCC Region)
We are currently hiring a Chinese Speaker Project Coordinator to support our projects and operations across the GCC region, including:
Iraq | Saudi Arabia | United Arab Emirates
Position: Project Coordinator (Chinese Speaker)
Job Location: Any GCC Country (Flexible)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities between internal teams and clients
Support communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and partners
Prepare project documentation, schedules, and reports
Assist in procurement, logistics, and operational follow-ups
Handle office coordination and administrative support when required
Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese + English
Experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Assistant
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to work or relocate within GCC (Iraq/KSA/UAE)
