創薬研究における標的探索、新規プロジェクトの創出に関連する技術基盤、ケイパビリティーを強化するため。



仕事内容：

バイオロジ―基盤技術の確立と応用に向けた研究企画と検証実験の遂行、創薬および技術プロジェクトの立案と推進において、以下の研究を推進する。

・細胞株や初代培養細胞、iPSC、オルガノイドなどの高次細胞培養、分化技術の開発。

・ゲノム編集技術等を適用した摂動と細胞機能や分化、再生に係る遺伝子発現制御ネットワークの解析と関連技術の確立。

・社内外のデータベースやナレッジに基づく標的探索と独創的な創薬プロジェクトの企画立案。バリデーション実験基盤の整備。

To strengthen the technology research infrastructure and capabilities related to target discovery and creation of new projects in drug discovery research.
