Background

Chubb has recently made strategic investments to reinforce the Chubb Life business through acquisition of Cigna and Huatai. The firm forecasts robust growth in new customer acquisition through the complimentary General Insurance business (COG), strong Digital Marketing and Telemarketing channels and wide set of digital partnerships in Asia to reinforce the existing Agency model. The different Chubb entities have made sporadic investments in digital solutions with limited inputs from Human Centered Design and enterprise Data Strategy. Resulting in a smorgasbord of stand-alone solutions. This offers a suboptimal experience for users, limits ability to leverage data and is not scalable. The business has recently embarked on a multi-year transformation agenda spanning the digital, data, operations, and channels to integrate and modernize the business with strong focus on driving better Customer Experience fueling top line growth.
