CI & Appraiser (Start ASAP)

Job Description

The position is primarily responsible for rendering accurate valuation of collateral and conducting thorough investigation on loan applications. This position shall ensure proper the documentation, annotation on collateral accepted by the bank.

Responsibilities:

Appraisal and Collateral

• Sets off to various collateral sites
• Conducts appraisal of various collateral/property
• Gauges the credibility of the borrower, sources of income, payment capacity, past and existing loans, nature of employment and other assets are taken into account
• Comes up with accurate and most fair valuation of collateral

Credit Investigation

• Conducts on‑site visit for credit investigation
• Comes up with accurate and unbiased report on client’s credit standing based on the result of CI

• Processes annotation of mortgages
