**What you’ll do:**

+ CI (Continuous Improvement) - As a Subject Matter Expert in plant, lead and facilitates deployment of CI culture and promote many structured problem solving events, including Kaizens, RIEs, etc. throughout the plant using Lean and Six Sigma Tools and Continuous Improvement Framework. Assists the Plant CI Leaders in training, deployment and assessment processes. Deploy and foster CI culture including Operation excellence so that improvement activities linked to High 5 can activated throughout the plant.
