Focus on delivering a sustainable global operating model, efficient COE operations, continuous improvement, quality, and talent development.
1.Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Promote initiatives such as BPI, idea generation, Gemba Walks, improvement events, and standardized work. Deliver targeted training to enhance the GFA COE team's proficiency in applying CI tools.
2.Lead CI Events and Projects: Drive continuous improvement activities and projects aimed at optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency.
