CI / Collector – Duties and Responsibilities
Credit Investigation (CI)

• Conduct background and credit investigations of loan applicants.
• Verify personal, residential, and employment information of clients.
• Perform character references and neighborhood checking.
• Prepare accurate CI reports with findings and recommendations.

Field Collection

• Collect loan payments from clients according to assigned schedules.
• Follow up overdue and past-due accounts through field visits.

House-to-House Saturation & Marketing

• Conduct house-to-house visits to promote loan products.
• Identify potential clients within assigned areas.
• Assist in client acquisition and loan application processing.

Client Coordination

• Maintain professional communication with clients regarding payments and concerns.
