We are looking for CICS/MQ/WAS System Programmer , who wants to learn and transform his career. Key Responsibilities CICS Install, upgrade, and maintain CICS TS. Configure regions, RDO resources, and manage CPSM/CICSPlex. Support threadsafe, RLS, and complex CICSPlex setups. Troubleshoot transactions, abends, performance issues, and region failures. Apply PTFs/APARs and perform tuning. MQ Install, configure, and upgrade MQ on z/OS. Manage queue managers, queues, channels, listeners, and clustering. Ensure MQ security (RACF, SSL/TLS, encryption).
