Job Summary :

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Cinema Crew members to support the daily operations of the cinema and deliver excellent guest experiences. The role involves ticketing and concession services, ushering, basic cleaning, and assisting patrons with enquiries while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Successful candidates will work closely with the team, follow operational procedures, and handle customer interactions professionally in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Sell movie tickets, food, and beverages accurately
