Provides quick and friendly customer service, handles concession sales, prepares food and beverages, and keeps the service area clean, hygienic, and well-stocked.

• Welcoming customers, answering questions about menu options and prices, and delivering prompt service to improve the overall cinema experience.
• Preparing basic snacks such as popcorn, hot dogs, nachos, and pretzels, and serving beverages while following proper hygiene and safety standards.
• Using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system to process cash and card payments accurately and assist with inventory tracking.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the snack counter, including work surfaces, condiment areas, and equipment like popcorn machines and soda dispensers.
• Keeping stock levels in check and restocking food items, cups, napkins, and other supplies during shifts.
• Completing routine duties such as cleaning, food prep, balancing cash drawers, and securing the concession area.
