Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of passive telecom infrastructure (towers, power systems, shelters, and related assets) across the assigned telecom circle. The role involves ensuring high uptime, optimal energy efficiency, preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor management, SLA compliance, and cost control while maintaining network availability as per client agreements. Lead O&M activities across all telecom sites within the circle. Ensure >99.95% uptime for all passive infrastructure (towers, DG sets, batteries, power systems, etc.). Implement preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and enforce compliance. Manage a team of Cluster Managers, Field Engineers, and Technicians.
