Circuit Delayering Specialist

THE OPPORTUNITY

This position is on our 6:00am - 2:00pm lab shift. In the role of Circuit Delayering Specialist you will be responsible for the careful preparation of de-processed semiconductor device samples, targeting specific layers. You will also operate specialized scanning electron microscope (SEM) systems to capture high-quality image sets of samples to be used for circuit reconstruction. Sample preparation will involve various physical and chemical etching and deposition methods common in semiconductor processing. Responsibilities will also include sample preparation and analysis necessary to understand the target device structure and create an optimal sample preparation plan appropriate for the target device. As a Circuit Delayering Specialist you will have the opportunity to work to varying degrees across multiple technologies and process nodes. WHAT YOU’LL DO
