Citi Community Capital - Real Estate Underwriter - Officer

The Analyst will hold a critical role within the Structured Credit and Real Estate Underwriting (RESCU) team, supporting the management of a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of real estate assets primarily in the affordable housing space (Citi Community Capital) across North America. The Analyst will gain broad exposure across the full credit lifecycle, covering Construction Financing, Guarantor Analysis, and Permanent Financing.

**Analyst Role and Responsibilities:**

+ Work proactively with the Underwriting team/ Asset Manager to ensure timely information flow/ communications among all internal stakeholders
+ Review property-level financials (operating statements, rent rolls, NOI) and borrower/guarantor financial statements including REO exposure, to identify deteriorating trends and support portfolio reviews.
