Citi - Soporte Técnico Jr - Command Center (Xico)

Jr Technical Support - Command Center will facilitate daily workflow distribution among the available staffing base for a specific command center function. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues, and execute administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve problems through troubleshooting and basic analysis, and escalated issues as appropriate.
• Participate in testing activities, including the creation and execution of basic test scripts.
• Assess the applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures.
• Exchange ideas and information in a concise and clear manner.
• Use the monitoring systems to conduct in-depth analysis and provide the Command Center Management and Technical Support teams with an immediate health check on the technology infrastructure that may be...
