You will own the city P&L, drive client acquisition, manage rider supply, and build scalable teams to achieve aggressive growth targets. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end city operations including client acquisition, revenue growth, rider supply, and P&L. Acquire and manage B2B last-mile delivery clients and ensure high service levels. Translate client demand into daily & weekly rider supply plans and ensure 100% fulfilment. Build, train, and lead blue-collar recruitment teams using ATL & BTL hiring channels. Manage rider payouts, COD reconciliation, incentives, billing, invoicing, and MIS reporting.
