This role will lead on-site activities to deliver a range of infrastructure projects across the Canterbury region, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes for our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site crews to safely deliver day-to-day construction activities, including earthworks, trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, compaction and reinstatement in accordance with project specifications and drawings.

• Operate and coordinate plant and machinery as required, and ensure operators complete pre-start checks, routine maintenance and defect reporting so equipment is fit for purpose.
