Ultimate LLC is looking to hire a Civil Foreman for projects across the Midwest and Southern regions, including Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and Colorado. The pay range is $28-$35 per hour based on experience, with an average workweek of 45-75 hours, including overtime paid at time and a half. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole, plus benefits and bonus eligibility.
Ultimate Site Civil Foreman Responsibilities

+ Excavate footings, tower foundations, anchors, grounding trenches, and power/telephone trenches.
+ Install ground rods, ground rings, and ensure acceptable Thermo Welded joints.
+ Assemble conduits per site drawings and supervisor instructions.
+ Tie rebar, pour concrete, and finish/rub foundations and slabs.
+ Backfill and pack excavations to prevent settling.
+ Operate skid-steers, backhoes, excavators, and compacting equipment.
