Position Overview: The Civil Construction Superintendent will oversee the daily operations on construction sites for civil projects at Summit Construction and Development LLC. This role requires a high level of expertise in managing a team, ensuring safety, maintaining quality control, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within specifications. The Civil Superintendent will collaborate with other team members and provide direction to the workforce while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
