Civil Design Engineer

APEC Homes is looking for experienced CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEERS that will spearhead land development projects and complex structural design, ensuring technical excellence and project success.  They are also expected to:

• Lead planning and execution of land development, overseeing road, water, and drainage systems, while ensuring alignment with project goals and regulations.
• Direct the structural design and analysis for complex site development projects (e.g., retaining walls, flood control), providing expert guidance and ensuring structural integrity.
• Conduct site investigations and structural repairs, delivering actionable insights and effective solutions.
• Ensure project compliance, manage budgets and timelines, and provide technical reports to management.
• Mentor and guide engineering staff, fostering a high-performing team.

Job Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer with at least three (3) years of related work...
