Position Overview The Design Manager is responsible for leading and managing the design phase of civil engineering projects from initial concept through final design. This role ensures the design team remains accountable for quality, schedule, and deliverables while maintaining strong coordination with clients, internal teams, and regulatory agencies. The Design Manager works closely with the Project Manager to develop design intent and guide the project through a successful and efficient design process.

Lead and manage the design team throughout all phases of project development, establishing clear expectations, workflows, and accountability for schedules, deliverables, and quality standards
