Job Description
Drive large-scale capital projects as a Civil Draftsperson with the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke. This role encompasses project leadership from initiating concepts through to successful completion, balancing budget and timelines.
As a full-time member of the Capital Unit, you will manage complex projects, from feasibility studies to final evaluations. Your role will involve coordinating with consultants, conducting thorough site inspections, and applying project management best practices to ensure alignment with MCK’s strategic goals. Your proactive approach in resolving issues will sustain project momentum and enhance team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of capital projects for MCK
• Define project scopes, costs, and timelines clearly
• Ensure compliance with design specifications through site inspections
• Facilitate communications and collaborations with external partners
• Provide executive-level project updates and reports
