Job Description

                    Design and oversee interior construction projects including tenant improvements and renovations 
Review architectural and MEP drawings to ensure structural integrity and compliance 
Prepare engineering calculations, specifications, and technical reports 
Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations 
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards 
Address field issues and provide technical solutions during construction 
Review shop drawings and submittals for approval 
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget 
Support cost estimation and value engineering efforts
