Civil Engineer

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
• With at least two (2) years of relevant experience in construction projects
• Experienced in bidding procedures and documentation, especially for government projects
• Skilled in preparing cost estimates, proposals, and technical reports
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, standards, and materials
• Can work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
