Civil Engineer Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Designer / Civil Engineer with a strong background in hydraulics / hydrology and land development. This role will lead the design and coordination of site development projects, working closely with engineers, project managers, municipalities, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare civil design plans, including grading, paving, drainage, water, and sewer
• Coordinate construction drawings and technical specifications
• Oversee plan submittals and navigate city/county permitting processes
• Collaborate with in-house engineers & project managers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant civil design experience, with a focus on land development
• Proficient with HEC-RAS & HEC-HMS
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience working with municipalities and permitting authorities, especially in Montgomery and Harris Counties
