Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:



Review and analyze project drawings and scope of work.

Prepare bill of materials, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates based on client requirements and subcontractor proposals.

Lead and supervise project teams including foremen, leadmen, and workers.

Prepare construction and manpower schedules to ensure efficient project execution.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and engineering standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, general contractors, and subcontractors.

Attend technical and coordination meetings.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

Monitor material requests, deliveries, withdrawals, and track project budget and cash flow.

Handle technical submittals (drawings, RFIs/RFAs, and as-built plans).

Prepare and evaluate progress billings and recommend contractor payment approvals.
