Job Title: Civil Engineer - Asphalt Overlay Projects

Unimasters Conglomeration Inc. seeks a licensed Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in asphalt overlay projects for road construction. Will report to Piddig, Ilocos Norte for training and is expected to be deployed to different provincial assignments (e.g. Busuanga, Palawan or Samar).​

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee asphalt overlay operations: site prep, mix application (e.g., 50-75mm thickness), compaction, and curing per DPWH specs.
• Conduct material testing, quantity surveys, and quality inspections to meet project timelines and standards.
• Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and prepare as-built plans, reports, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• PRC-licensed Civil Engineer with 3-5+ years in asphalt overlays/road construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, materials engineering, and site management; managerial skills preferred.
