• Planning & Design: Analyzing site data (surveys, soil tests, maps) to create project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Feasibility & Costing: Assessing project feasibility, including costs, timelines, safety, and environmental impact.
• Project Management: Overseeing construction, managing budgets, schedules, and leading teams (technicians, surveyors).
• Compliance: Ensuring projects meet local, state, and federal regulations and obtaining necessary permits.
• Site Supervision: Conducting site inspections and monitoring the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
