Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering, Property Development, Structural or equivalent.
- Have at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): C&S infra and building, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD
- Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate construction drawings between consultants and contractors.
- Familiar with building regulation, material, testing and inspecting procedure.
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently under low supervision.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Proven risk management experience in construction projects.
- Working hour: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5.00pm), Saturday needs to be on call.
