Job Description
- Create hand-drawn and CAD sketches/diagrams for designs and concepts. -
- Assist in feasibility studies, material selection, and cost estimates. -
- Prepare, review, and evaluate project designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Supervise site operations and ensure work is completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, surveys, and technical investigations for proposed projects.
- Estimate materials, labor, and equipment costs for construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.
