Civil Engineer

Unimasters Conglomeration Inc. seeks a licensed Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in asphalt overlay projects for road construction. Will report to Piddig, Ilocos Norte, for training but will be deployed to Busuanga, Palawan or Catarman, Samar.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee asphalt overlay operations: site prep, mix application (e.g., 50-75mm thickness), compaction, and curing per DPWH specs.
• Conduct material testing, quantity surveys, and quality inspections to meet project timelines and standards.
• Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and prepare as-built plans, reports, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• PRC-licensed Civil Engineer with 3-5+ years in asphalt overlays/road construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, materials engineering, and site management; managerial skills preferred.
