Job Description

  1. Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure projects.
  2. Review project plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  3. Supervise site activities and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved plans and quality standards.
  4. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  5. Conduct site inspections and prepare progress and accomplishment reports.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and local government requirements.
  7. Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and material requirements.
  8. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project implementation.
  9. Review and verify contractor billing, variation orders, and project documentation.
