Civil Engineering Director

1.Be responsible for the planning, execution, construction, and acceptance of new store development and existing store renovation projects in Malaysia, ensuring the achievement of schedule, quality, and cost targets.

2.Develop project plans for the Malaysian market, monitor construction progress, and coordinate resources among design teams, contractors, and suppliers.

3.Conduct on-site surveys, re-surveys, and collect design data for Malaysian stores.

4.Collect, inspect, and verify the completeness of re-survey data for Malaysian stores, and identify any obvious discrepancies.

5.Supervise and manage Malaysian construction teams to ensure work is carried out in accordance with company requirements, including end-to-end management and coordination from re-survey, contract signing, site entry, construction to completion.
