Analyze plans and specifications.

Perform quantity take-offs and estimate labor costs.

Assess bid feasibility based on available technical resources.

Ensure validation of quantities to be installed.

Participate in bid closings.

Qualifications and Specific Skills

Experience

• Any field or office experience related to civil estimation.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field.
• Strongly valued: on-site experience and practical knowledge.
• Proficiency with TPL, Bluebeam, or similar systems.
• Experience with tendering platforms.
